don’t go here. I went for hair cutting and drying. see used very High heat and pulled off hair from the root and you can see a bald spot as shown in the picture.

I have been going to different Hair Cuttery’s for over 10 years. I have never had an issue until today. The women working the front desk was extremely rude. When I walked in I was with my blind client who uses a cane and we were not greeted. Instead we were stared at as those we were not welcome to come in and receive service. I had to ask the women at the front for help about getting a haircut. She was immediately rude asking if we have an appointment. From my understanding Hair Cuttery does offer walk-in services. I told her we did not have an appointment and she just starred at me. I then asked if they do walk ins she said there are none available and then starred at us til we walked out. This is very unsettling and I am not sure if this specific Hair Cuttery just doesn’t support people with disabilities. I am appalled by the behavior I witness. I hope the staff makes some accommodations to those who are disabled and learn to treat everyone fairly and with respect. Never have I experienced this kind of service at a Hair Cuttery. We were lucky enough that Suna Salon which is about 2 minutes away took us in and accommodated my client. And she received a beautiful haircut and amazing service!

There’s a reason why I don’t use Hair Cuttery regularly. I’ve rarely had a good experience getting a haircut at any Hair Cuttery location over the last 30 years. I just don’t learn my lesson. I walked in because it’s a Sunday and nobody else was open later in the day. I got my hair cut and the front looked fine because I told the stylist to only trim the ends. The part that I didn’t know about was the back of my head. The stylist didn’t show me the back and I just went home. My wife takes a look and says that I will not like the back. I looked in the mirror and was disgusted by what I saw. What a terrible mess. It looked like she took out chunks of hair without blending it or even making it straight. I don’t know the name of the stylist but she was an older Indian lady. Will never use this location again.

Needed a hair cut urgently and checked multiple times PRIOR to visiting this location if they took walk-ins. Presented to the location and once again observed they had a sign posted on the front door which clearly stated they took walk-ins, but was then told that appointments were preferred. I understand that walk-ins can inconvenience employees, but am frustrated with the inconsistency that I encountered today. If appointments are preferred (as I was a bit rudely told), then that should be explicitly stated.
