Not only do they give you a great haircut, but they are very personable and extremely knowledgeable about their craft! I really enjoy going here. Critical: ProfessionalismI went into this location looking at potential stocking stuffers for Christmas. When I entered the store I was asked if I had an appointment, I stated “no, I’m looking for gifts today”. I immediately proceed to the rack of “sale” items next to the register. I located some Redken hair pomade which had a larger red sticker price of $4.90 attached to it. There were lots of products with these stickers. I go to check out and it rang up at $9.90. The cashier was baffled and went to ask the manager that was there. The cashier comes back over and says that I can not have the price that was listed on the tag. I then asked to speak to the manager and explained that it was not a fair practice for them to falsely advertise their products. This is also a bait and switch. She apologized and stated that there was nothing she could do and that corporate has made changes that don’t prohibit them to mark things down and doesn’t allow them to honor prior sales.(these were advertised prices!)I asked for the number to corporate and the stores location number. She provided both to me. I am currently awaiting a call from the district manager. I went into this location looking at potential stocking stuffers for Christmas. When I entered the store I was asked if I had an appointment, I stated “no, I’m looking for gifts today”.
