Took my 2 yr old toddler to get his second haircut, after explaining on how we combed his hair to the right side, she began cutting; it looked good at the beginning, but little by little I started noticing uneven cuts on the sides and then she ended up cutting the front without any regard on how the hair was going to be combed. The end result was my child hair looking like Jim Carrey from dumb and dumber.

I really needed a haircut for a photo shoot. I always request Amanda, but learned she wouldn’t be available over the weekend that I needed to go. So I chose to take a risk and asked who else is good at doing an A line Bob. I was told “Jennifer” so I chose to use her. HUGE mistake and I will never trust their recommendations again! She seemed aloof, and disinterested in what I was trying to explain with what I wanted done. I told her I wanted it layered and she used a feather razor to do it, the whole time, while she knew that method was stressing me out. I didn’t like that process at all and the whole time of getting the cut she questioned me on every move she made. It seemed she had no skills in actually cutting the hair. I got home to straight iron it because I didn’t have time to let her do it; she was slow at everything (like she was high or something) the end result was the sides were uneven, I had to trim some myself to make doable for me. In the back I had a tail that I had to cut off plus try to even out the stray hairs I saw that made the back look out of shape. It was just terrible and I was highly disappointed

I usually like this place a lot, today was the first time, however that my hair was done incorrectly. I communicated, no less than twice to my stylist Sandra F. what I was looking for, but she still cut into an area I did not wish cut, we had to keep cutting away at it just to make it even and have something resembling the style I asked for. This incident has affected my confidence in coming back here and the only saving grace was that I was not charged.

I took my son to get his hair cut. He told the older Korean woman how he wanted his hair done while I was standing there. She took clippers to the long part of his hair! She messed it up so bad, even the manager had a hard time fixing it. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we will not be back. Haircut

Taylor is an extremely un knowledgeable hair care “professional” who should have her cosmetology license revoked IMMEDIATELY!!!! I went in for a balayage and disclosed my hair history with her expressing my concerns about the use of bleach and advising against it ; suggesting to keep the color I had already and just darken the top. She assured me my hair was healthy enough for the bleach minus the ends that were going to be cut off anyway. I made the MISTAKE OF TRUSTING HER “professional opinion” as she was rinsing the bleach out of my hair, she proceeds to inform me that my “hair was mushy and breaking” and that it would need to be cut above my shoulders! Mind you my hair was in the middle of my back!!!!! I naturally start freaking out because it’s every woman’s worst nightmare coming true. I told her she should of listened to me and her reaction was to tell me “if you want to be nasty someone else can handle your hair” trust me, she would of known if I was being nasty and if I had been, I would of had every right. So I was trying to be understanding and let her do the cut. She even messed that up! She cut my hair UNEVEN . Luckily another stylist who actually knows how to do her job fixed my cut and recolored my hair for free & even threw in a free bottle of olaplex for the damage which was very much appreciated. When I spoke with the manager she didn’t seem to care and suggested I walk around with a million different colors in my head.

Susan did such an amazing job on my hair. I’m in my forties and I can honestly say it’s the hairxut I have ever had. Better than when I would spend 200 plus in NYC. I absolutely love the hair and the staff are very friendly!

My friend had a very rude stylist who did not care whether or not she got dye on her face. So, when she showed me hair and pulled it back I could see the extra dye just laying on her forehead it was pretty noticeable. Another thing was the reference photo she showed me did not match her hair. She wanted her hair black at the roots and bright red near the ends but what they gave her was a very faded red that was barely visible.

I called to schedule appointments for my daughter and I, with a stylist that we both have gone to previously. Showed up for our 9 a.m. appointment to be told the stylist has been out on medical leave for a while and they do not know when or if she will even return. Why mislead your customer? I did give 3 stars because the other stylist offered to do our hair and when Keisha the stylist I was going to was there she was professional and did a great job on me and my daughter’s hair. Please just be honest with customers no one wants to drive and have an appointment with someone that is not working there.

My Husband went to this place today and they told him they do not cut BLACK people hair!!!! Then they tried to help him find a Black Hair shop. Well this is sad if in 2022, Licensed Hair Salons can only cut a certain race of people Hair. Well he did find another Hair shop that were NOT Black people and they cut his hair!
