I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service is a bit strange. I wanted to check in but luckily I didn’t and left. Their prices are also too much and they keep giving you add ons for everything. I have no idea how they are still in business.

My stylist was nice enough, but she gave me a bad cut. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and described it, but I had to correct her along the way when she wasn’t going short enough with the fade. It was also blended poorly- it is so obvious where she switched guards. It really felt like she was rushing through the cut and trying get me out of her chair as quick as possible before another appointment. She really didn’t take the time to give me what I asked for or properly blend the cut. The kicker is that halfway through cutting my hair she says, “Oh by the way I charge $30. Is that OK? I guess it’s too late now haha.” I guess she charges more because she is a ‘master’ stylist, but that upcharge should be made clear to the customer upfront, not halfway through a bad haircut when you have no choice but to pay it. On my way out I saw there are no prices listed ANYWHERE in the store. Maybe they do women’s cuts better, but I wouldn’t recommend here for a men’s cut based on this visit.
