I returned the next day, the service was fine. I got foils and the stylist took her time. I don’t know what happened, but my hair faded after ONE wash. One. It was not a cheap service and my hair was extremely faded less than a week and one wash later. It may or may not be the fault of the stylist, but regardless, a disappointing end to an already frustrating situation.
