This is an excellent hair styling salon. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. All the hair stylists are very professional. They know how to cut hair so it looks great I’ve never gotten a bad hair cut here. I’m happy with the service so I keep coming back. At first, it was the price that brought me into Hair Cuttery. Terrible service. I called early in the morning to make an appointment and the person through the phone told me just to walk in. When I walked in they took at least three people with appointments and other walk ins as well. I don’t understand why when tried to make an appointment they didn’t let me and make me wait so long. I went here a couple of days ago and I asked a young lady to even out my hair because I cut it at home. She does it so unevenly and unprofessionally. Then i tell her to make it more even and she says “no there is more hair on this side of your head. Obviously she didnt know what she was talking about and just didnt want to fix her terrible work. If you get the young lady at this location, do not let her touch your hair. Thanks and bye.

They do not seem to be interested in new clients. It was a very slow evening. Only three clients in the salon being seen. No one else waiting. I sat there for 10 minutes while each stylist looked at me and never acknowledged me waiting. Sign out front says walk-ins welcome. But not really. Won’t be returning to this Hair Cuttery.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointment for a classic blowout. Mona scheduled my appointment with T. I arrived a few minutes early. T said she would not have enough time and suggested that I go to another salon a few doors away. I asked why they would accept my appt and refuse after I arrive. Yes my hair was tangled since I was doing water activities with my children for Spring Break. Nevertheless, T decided to do my hair. She complained and was making inappropriate sounds while combing my hair. She overcharged me and added gratuity. I tipped her cash. I paid with my card and I never got a receipt. I took notice that something was odd after I had left. I decided to consider it a loss, but a week later; it was still bothering me. The lack of integrity and chair manners were bothersome. Talked with a supervisor Anya. She failed to apologize for the incident and said maybe the stylist didn’t understand “classic blowout”.
