ONLY giving two stars because the first woman I saw was great. I had finally decided to get control of my hair and take care of it. I had worked really hard on my hair growth and it was finally growing and healthy. The first time I went, the lady recommended a product and booked me an appt 8 weeks later, which I thought would be with her. When I arrived and it wasn’t with her, I was disappointed but didn’t really care since I figured I was only getting a trim and anyone could do that. I asked for a TRIM that lady said “so like 1.5 inches?” I said “no! Just a very little bit of the dead ends… I was just here 8 weeks ago.” She cut off at least 3 inches of my hair and did an awful job at that. You can see in pictures, it looks awful and there’s like an inch of hair dangling that they missed. I literally sat in my car and cried after lol. I looked like lord farquaad from shrek. Please see pictures for the embarrassment. NEVER returning to any of these places again. Do yourselves a favor and do NOT go!

Only book with Kathy for color and blowout… she actually takes care of your hair. I tried going to Aliyah and wow she is so rude. I got a blowout and my hair looked so ugly 10 minutes after I left the salon. I booked the same blowout with Kathy 5 months ago and she actually took her time with my hair. She sectioned my hair and took her time. My hair was so moisturized when she was done.

I was visiting family in the area and made an appointment on 11/27 online for 9:30 am. I only needed a trim. I walked in and waited to be greeted. There were two stylists and one walking in. The lady , Fouzia, asked if I had an appointment and advised that she would need to blow dry my hair first before trimming. I told her that was fine even know I do not care about it being totally even as I have curly hair.

I came in on october 16th Jennifer bleached my hair completely wrong then charged $200 NO STYLE I walked out with an afro. The color came out terrible and I was charged $200 at the end and was not told any price ahead of time . I will get justice for this HUGE INCONVENIENCE . If your workers CAN’T do a certain service don’t recommend them to customers that’s spending their hard earned money !!!!!!

Such a horrible experience!!!! First of all, I scheduled a regular perm which the price is $69, however, after the lady washed my hair she told me the price is $101 because my hair is long. Excuse me? I didn’t see any information when I scheduled the appointment on the website!! Why didn’t she tell me earlier before washing my hair? Second, I showed the lady the picture that I want the hair style. And she did work hard to do the perm for me. However, it has nothing do to with the example. Even worse, my hair looks dead after the perm. You can see on the pictures. Overall, I feel so angry, upset, disappointed for the perm service in Hair Cuttery!!:(((( Who can save my hair??ughhhhh
