I went in at 9:50 to get a haircut for a 10:00 appointment and was taken back immediately which was great. But then the lady had me sit down in a normal chair instead of the shampoo chair (which is fine cause I didn’t want a shampoo but still) and then I told her I wanted the dead ends cut and my undercut shaved. She did my undercut first (also fine) but when she was finished shaving it down to how long I wanted it, she asked if I wanted it touched up or natural and said I should do natural because “square undercuts looks bad on females”. This made me feel super uncomfortable to say that I wanted it squared off. Then, she cut my hair dry, didn’t line it up with the rest of my hair and now my hair is super uneven! The left side is shorter than the right and it’s super choppy! Then, to top it off, she kept talking about how I’m her easiest cut of the day and the cut that took (literally) 3 minutes was $28 with a tip which I shouldn’t have tipped at all. I will not be going back ever again! I was out before 10:00 even came along which would be great if the haircut actually looked good and the undercut was what I wanted.

I absolutely love this place! It was suggested to me by a friend and it became the only place I go since. My family and friends now go there as well. Everyone there is so friendly. You can show them a photo or give a brief idea of what you want and like magic, they bring your vision to life. I trust them enough to sit down in the chair and say go for it, and Denita will bring my hair color to life! I’ve gotten so many compliments everytime I get a color. I recommend this location always. You will not be disappointed!

You get what you pay for I guess. I made an appt for my daughter’s haircut and still waited for an extra 15 minutes past the appointment time. While I waited I watched the employees complain about their jobs and disappear in the back for extended periods while customers were waiting without any communication. There’s clearly no real management happening here and I recommend going to a proper salon.
