The wait time was not bad as I got taken back at the time I was scheduled; however, the only effort that was made at conversation was asking if I wanted a shampoo and asking what I wanted done with my hair. I chose to opt out of the shampoo but did have to have my hair wet for the cut. When finished all I was asked was, “was there anything else you wanted?” Rather than asking if I wanted a blow dry, style, etc. walked out with hair still wet as I was just over the whole experience. When I got home and blow dried my hair I found that I have a choppy cut that doesn’t blend at all. I went to the hair ‘butchery’ one time years back and had a terrible experience then. I had hopes that this time would be better but it was just another disappointment. The only plus was that I only paid $24 for the cut. I won’t visit again.

Thoroughly disappointed. I sent my nephew in for an appointment at 4: 40pm Sunday. The lady took him back only to have him go back to wait in the waiting area because her client that was late to his appointment was getting impatient and she decided to take him in front of my nephew. My nephew did not get done with his service until 7:00pm.

What’s the purpose to book an appointment for one of their workers to text you 30 min before the scheduled time to say he would not be in, asking to reschedule? When called to follow up, spoke with a lady named Lauretta she offered to push time later which would not work with other things planned for the day. She wasn’t even sure with that, She stated she probably will have to close early. Very poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere where being a costumer is Valued rather than what’s convenient for them.

Annette was entertaining, delightful, and definitely pleasant; Characteristics that salons now-a-days do not possess. My mother came out of the salon looking like a new woman, a model. She TREASURED and PRIZED her hair, she recently passed away on the 23rd of March.. I have been to hair salons before and nobody that did my hair compared to Annette. Annette is one of the BEST hair stylists, I HAVE EVER MET ! I asked for a Platinum White/Silver, & She made it happen!! She really cares about the costumers & takes her time, & gives you the best advice, & has so much experience under her belt! I have NEVER been this satisfied with my hair before !! Counting that I get my hair done alot,It just never comes out how i wanted, I’m so happy that i have met Annette, & she will be doing all my future hairstyles! We had some great conversations, & some good laughs! I highly recommend Annette!

This was an awful experience. And my biggest issue is with Manager Jen. I never write reviews but this needs to be said. I went to this location to get standard root highlights. My stylist was Nikki and she was very nice but inexperienced, was definitely a tell when she started to lay uneven foils with improper sectioning. Half way thru I called over another stylist to double check the bleach that was sitting on my roots as well as painted on my scalp….the damage was already done. They had to wash the foils and got water all over me because my head was flipped upside down in the shampoo bowl. Another stylist Annette came over and tried her best to help. They called the manager Jen and this is where things turned unacceptable for a few reasons….
