She put me at ease with conversation and the end result was exactly how I imagined it. She’s a Master in hair and barber work. I took my son in for a walk-in appointment. I showed the lady a picture for reference of what we wanted. She said no problem. She completely messed it up. It was terrible. When I confronted her about it. Her excuse was that she is not good at these haircuts. I told her she should have been upfront about it. She had to get someone to help salvage my son’s hair. It still looks terrible, and she had the nerve to make my pay for the atrocious haircut. I would never do business here again.

I walked in the door wanting a haircut and an Asian woman did say hello but a white gentleman came in the door at the same time and she jumped up and told him to come on and proceeded to cut his hair and nobody said a word to me. I was standing there looking stupid. Won’t ever go in there again.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad an appointment at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Arrived at 4:45. One person said hi, no one asked if I had an appointment. Red flag #1. Wait for about 10 minutes, the woman that was supposed to cut my hair asks another woman if she can take her 5 o’clock men’s haircut appointment because she has to flat iron her previous appointments hair. Other lady never answers. Red flag #2. After further being ignored until 5:10, I get up and leave. My wife then goes in at 5:15 to complain. She’s immediately met with a nasty attitude. One of their staff lies and says that I was only there for 5 minutes, when I had actually been there for 25 minutes. She then proceeds to tell my wife that my appointment isn’t until 5, which my wife informs her it’s now 5:15. The woman that was originally supposed to cut my hair then says if I wait until she’s done with her previous client she’ll get me next. No thanks. If anyone had acknowledged my existence and told me they were running late, I would have no problem with that. But if you’re going to treat other customers like they’re priority and I don’t matter, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
