The shop is clean and the stylists are friendly. Skill levels are only so-so. If you’re looking for more than a trim be sure to take along a photo of what you want. It’s a good idea to either call or go online to make an appointment in advance, especially on weekends.

The designer was friendly until I told her I didn’t want her to use clippers or trimmer on my son’s hair. She said “it’s easier”, and I said “I’d use the trimmer myself at home”. I prefer scissors and that’s a decision she should have respected, I wasn’t there for an easy cut, I was there for the cut I wanted.

I came in to get my eyebrows done. I kid you not I had to wait an hour which is ridiculous. I can’t imagine how long it would take to get a hair cut or color. They do not have enough stylists working. I do not recommend coming here unless you have a couple hours in your day set a side. Not to mention the lady did a horrible job on my eyebrows.
