Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst hair cut and customer service I ever had. First looks like none of the hair stylist was interested in doing their jobs. I felt horrible throughout as my daughter was accompanying me – and she was rudely sent to sit in the waiting area many times – I mean she is 6 years old – the same could have been said in a softer manner. I was not comfortable taking off my mask and the stylist said they can’t cut my hair if I am wearing a mask. Worst hair cut and customer service I ever had. First looks like none of the hair stylist was interested in doing their jobs. I felt horrible throughout as my daughter was accompanying me – and she was rudely sent to sit in the waiting area many times – I mean she is 6 years old – the same could have been said in a softer manner. I was not comfortable taking off my mask and the stylist said they can’t cut my hair if I am wearing a mask. I wished I would have walked out right there.

I remember being impressed by Patrick’s own hair when he was giving my son a cut once. I asked him who cut his hair and he said he did it himself! That is major skill! I can cut my husband’s hair just fine but my son’s hair has a different texture which makes it more challenging and takes a lot of cutting=time and sore arms. Men and boys’ moms, take a moment to schedule an appointment to see Patrick as he is by appointment only. You will not be disappointed.Like other reviews have said, Patrick is the best. Like other reviews have said, Patrick is the best. My son will see no one else except me-in case of emergency (like the current pandemic). I remember being impressed by Patrick’s own hair when he was giving my son a cut once. I asked him who cut his hair and he said he did it himself! That is major skill! Amazing that any business like this survived Covid shutdown, and this is a testament that many people appreciate the service here. I have been using this salon for many years for the pricing is so reasonable for usually very expensive procedures. But pricing alone does not make a great value.
