Had two pleasant experiences here but what happened during my last trip means I won’t be coming back. Came in for two walk in haircuts about 1.5 hours till closing. I asked politely if they had room for walk ins, they said they could only take 1 of us, which is totally understandable. I was actually ready to get turned away and was just hoping for the best. I said thank you, let me sister get the cut, and took a seat. A lady had walked in behind me while I was being helped and they helped her. She said “do you have room for a haircut?” The HC worker said “do you have an appointment?” She replied, “No, my daughter would like a haircut.” (Her daughter wasn’t with her) and the same lady that helped me said, “Yes, we can fit her in.”

As most people have said, the owner or middle age white lady or what)was very rude unprofessional , I was there for my daughter hair cut, she got gum in her hairs and got tangled And I was getting suggestions from worker and she rudely jumped in our conversation under estimate me and said it will be costly and she have no idea but could be end up more then that bla bla totally incompetent. I just walked out and went to another hair cutters they explained nicely and suggested me how they can keep hairs long and cut in layers even they charged me less than half of what she was asking. Even more professional. My daughter was so happy with her hair style,Never ever going back.

Excellent, everything about my visit here was superb. I’m returning tomorrow at an appointed time with the stylist who cut my hair today to get my hair colored. I am looking forward to seeing my stylist again. The salon was very clean and organized. My stylist patiently took her time cutting my hair with diligence and focus. She introduced me to hair shampoo for both myself and my 95 year old father at home .

This place is horrible, definitely don’t know about customer service. The lady that was taking care of my gf hair was nice but the Asian lady (look like the manager) had an attitude and up charge my gf. When the agree price was $24 just to get my gf hair washed and blow dry. The Asian lady charge her extra $17 and she was screaming at the other worker and clearly not being respectful to others seems her tone was very demeaning. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Ya know, I just book an appointment on the app (needs a little work) but it seems to register my appointment and when I show up I get my hair cut. Easy. Nice. Simple. The stylists seem to be good at handling scissors (no cuts to the old ears). Shampoo smells good. Yeah, good place to get the old hair cut.

I came here because every other salon including the other hair cuttery weren’t taking in walk ins. I was able to get in right as they had an opening. My stylist was Monica. She was so understanding of just needing a trim for my long hair, as well as being super careful not to rip my piercings. She took her time with me and I really appericate it. It’s hard finding a stylist you can trust when you have long hair! I will be coming back!
