She is very professional and yet she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Came in with a video of a previous haircut I had, showing length, fade type, texture, etc around the entirety of my head. Got probably the second worse haircut of my life, shape was wrong, fade was bad, and they cut my hair down to around an inch when it should have been 2-3. When I went in the next day to address this. The person who cut my hair admitted that it did not look right. Brenda then came up and told me that she could not tell a difference between the photo of my previous haircut and this one, even though they look nothing alike and refused to really solve the issue beyond offering to blend in the fade more, even though the baseline issue is that my hair is 2 inches too short.

If you schedule online, pay attention to what service(s) you picked! I reserved a 35min “signature cut” (described as shampoo, conditioner & hair cut) with a “salon professional” for $33. Arrived & was asked by said professional if I was there for a cut & style. I said yep 🙂 Am I supposed to just walk out after a cut with soaking wet hair? Not realizing that a “signature cut” is different than a “cut & style,” it wasn’t until checkout that I realized her sneakiness. So after no shampoo or conditioner the “cut & style” was rung up as $43. I find it odd that their online appointment system would make it difficult for the stylist to view what salon services I had reserved ahead of time. The service I got did not take longer than 35min either. She changed the service when I arrived without mentioning that it would be more money for me! Very sneaky… and not the way to earn my business again.

Very friendly and professional service. My stylist Michelle is wonderful!! My hair is very straight and fine and gets heavy in spots. Michelle has been cutting my hair with a razor and I love it!!. The razor cut gives it so much texture and it’s not flat looking anymore. She is always very attentive to myself and my hair. I have total confidence just by the way we talked about the condition my hair is in, different styles she recommends and the products for my hair type. Thanks Hair Cuttery and Michelle!!
