Booked online and didn’t get or pay for what I booked. I got the one that comes with a hair treatment and never received it but payed for it. I got layers and curtain bangs today. I requested my hair be parted in the middle and my bangs be styled with a straightener or curling iron because my hair refuses to stay for hairspray alone but the stylist insisted that it would work. My hair never got actually parted it was a squiggle part to the side not in the middle. Walked out of the salon with bangs directly in my eyes not being able to see at all since the hairspray did indeed not hold.

I have used this location a few time and will never again. First time was nice – got highlights and a trim and paid a reasonable price of around 170. Second time I took my son who is 11 for a style and got a great cut for him but paid $40.. for a child’s haircut. Great cut but felt it should have been closer to $25. I thin bought my son a small hair product which they added to the total and I noticed the product price was also included in the percentage of the top I paid for cut. Went there again for myself for highlights and sat there for hours and was charged over $300 for things I didnt even know about or was asked about or explained. I then purchased my shampoo and again noticed they added it (over$60) to the price I was going to tip on. Sorry but I tip for service not for an already over priced product. I then scheduled another appointment because it is close to my home and convenient and need the service before the weekend. Booked appointment in advance for an evening appointment and received a call because they wanted me to come in earlier due to time it will take. Scheduled for 4 when they close at 7 and went in morning for her to see my hair and what will need to be done. Was then told how much work my hair needs (really my hair is not bad) and that I needed to come in earlier at 3 because she can’t finish in time.

This Hair Cuttery has been here for the longest time. Hair dressers will vary and it’s not easy to find the right one. Mina is the best. She knows how to style my stick straight, heavy, voluminous hair. Try their Cibu hair products, it’s made by The Hair Cuttery and they are fabulous!
