I came in expecting a bare minimum hair cut as i just needed a trim. I was greeted by the hair stylist Hyacient as she worked on two other ladies before me. She let me know of the wait time and called me over for my turn. She took me to the shampoo station and tucked my sweatshirt hood in so it wouldn’t get wet, and have a wonderful massage like shampoo/conditioner. she used color treated hair products and informed me on their benefits and what i should use at home. She gave me a wonderful trim and great conversation. She made sure to dry my hair so i wouldn’t get cold when i walked out and she was absolutely amazing overall. She is the only worker past 5 pm i believe and with walk ins available and the appointments booked she was attentive to each customer and their needs but made the time fly while waiting! 10/10 would recommend

Renata was fantastic! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I came in with unkempt hair (hadn’t been to the salon in over a year) my hair was easily to my waist and I was requesting it be cut to my shoulders. It was a lot of work. But she dove right in and did it within an hour. She took her time and didn’t rush. Super happy with my much more manageable hair cut. She was super friendly and sweet. Very easy to talk too. I will definitely be going back to her!

I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I’m so sorry I did. I’ve never experienced anything so crazy in my life. I had an 11:15 appt and didn’t get seen until 12:15. Got out of there around 1:15. I was there for 2 hours waiting for just a trim and a blow dry. When I booked my appointment online, it didn’t say anything about charging more for “long hair” (my hair isn’t even long), but one of the stylists there whispered into my stylists hair as she was finishing up my blow dry (extremely rude to whisper to eachother when I am sitting right there) regardless, when I went to check out, the lady who whispered into my stylists ear came over to the register and added 13 more dollars onto my total because I have “long hair.” 13 DOLLARS ADDED ON FOR LENGTH??? Are you kidding me???? Not to mention she waited until I was literally standing at the register getting ready to pay to inform me of this???? After I waited for 2 hours in their salon for a CUT and a BLOWDRY? Seriously????? If anything, they could have taken money OFF of my total for having me wait there for 2 hours but instead she wanted to add on 13 dollars for chopping 1 inch off of my “long hair.” When I mentioned that it doesn’t say anything about paying more for length when you book your appointment online she said “yeah it doesn’t inform customers of that I’m not sure why.” Well, it should have been discussed before taking scissors to my hair. God this place is literally the worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The girl who cut my hair was new and none of this was her fault but I will still never go back to this place ever again.
