Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment with Amanda today. The chatter in the salon was fun and upbeat the entire time and every customer felt comfortable to join it. Great job on the cut. Supper satisfied. I’ve never had more fun getting my haircut. I’m normally quiet and awkward when I’m sitting in the chair but both employees were super fun and friendly. I had an appointment with Amanda today. The chatter in the salon was fun and upbeat the entire time and every customer felt comfortable to join it. Great job on the cut. Supper satisfied. I’ve never had more fun getting my haircut. I’m normally quiet and awkward when I’m sitting in the chair but both employees were super fun and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

She had continuously provided amazing customer centered services for each of my appointments. From repairing my hair with olaplex treatments to cut and color I have always been ecstatic with the results. Most impressively, she was able to lighten my hair from a dark brown to a platinum blonde in one session without breakage or damage to my hair. She always ensures that I’m leaving the salon with something I love. I have been going to Amanda for several months for all my hair services. She had continuously provided amazing customer centered services for each of my appointments. From repairing my hair with olaplex treatments to cut and color I have always been ecstatic with the results. Most impressively, she was able to lighten my hair from a dark brown to a platinum blonde in one session without breakage or damage to my hair. She always ensures that I’m leaving the salon with something I love. Cannot recommend her enough!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to this place for last 3 years but in the last year or so all the good stylists have left the place. The ones remaining are not that customer friendly. And I go every month for my services. Today I got my regular hair color, cut and brow waxing done. Really spoiled the cut. Very bad cut. And the staff is curt, not open to listening to the requests and overall was a bad experience. The place needs good staff. I am now thinking of looking for a alternative place to go. Would not recommend. I have been going to this place for last 3 years but in the last year or so all the good stylists have left the place. The ones remaining are not that customer friendly. And I go every month for my services. Today I got my regular hair color, cut and brow waxing done. Really spoiled the cut. Very bad cut. And the staff is curt, not open to listening to the requests and overall was a bad experience. The place needs good staff. I am now thinking of looking for a alternative place to go. Would not recommend. Its sad that it has gone through lengths to lose their loyal customer.
