Alexa is so wonderful, she really helped me decide what to do and how to achieve the look I wanted. I recently moved to the area and used to have city water, but now we have well water. It’s been a learning curve with my curly hair! She is very caring and knowledgeable which helped me feel comfortable with a new stylist. I even tried new products and feel really good. I walked in with mid back length hair, asked for shoulder length hair and even showed a picture of what I wanted, but she chopped it to chin length… I had so much hair walking in that I was fairly certain nothing could go wrong but she ended up just chopping it all off. I didn’t want to complain because the deed was done, complaining wasn’t going to put the hair back on my head and she did mention that she was new. I’ve had my hair chin length before, so I think I’d be less devastated if it was done well. She was a really nice girl, and I don’t want to judge the place based on just one person, but I will not be going back. I have to wait at least two months in order to fix it. I cried the entire way home and for about an hour after I got home. Everyone was very nice, and another hair dresser stepped in to try and help but it was a little too late. I ordered a beanie off of Amazon to wear until some hair grows back. Again, she was a really nice girl and I don’t want her to be fired but I definitely think that she needs to be supervised while working with something as personal as hair.
