Went there today for an appointment with Jessica. I tried to explain to her to go dark with my hair and she said that she was going to go with a lighter color. She rinses out the color and there were gray hairs. If she had listened to me and gone darker I wouldn’t of had to get my hair dyed twice in one day! A hair cut and color was $105. She looked irritated that I just didn’t accept my gray hairs and leave with horrible service. My hair is now very dried out due to being dyed twice in one day!!

I had a reservation and everything but a women walked in (no reservation just a walk in) got hair cut too walked through the door right after me. Nothing weird about that. So I requested to get my hair washed before hand online but this walk in takes my place to get her hair washed and omg it took so long that my hair dresser finishes the job. Then a spot becomes available and asked me “hey do want your hair washed now?” I’m like ” what no we’re done now what’s the point.” Apparently if you walk in you get taken care first compared to some who booked their appointment in advance and request hair washed before hand. I had MORGAN – Designer II I don’t recommend her she’s good but not great I don’t think it was worth the price. If I come back it will be with someone else.
