The saloon is very dirty and untidy. The comb and scissors are not cleaned after using on one person. You can see others hairs hanging on to the comb and they carelessly use the same on the next person. Even the chairs are so dirty… the person who serviced me didn’t seem to be in full senses… I just felt like throwing up going in there… come on there has to be some basic sense and cleanliness…

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst hair cut of my life. Irene didn’t care. Was angry I came it. Ask me what I wanted. And didn’t say a word until 5 min later when she asked me what I thought. My fade is a mess. My hair is so uneven I’m embarrassed. How does a hair cut say 30 min. And they are done in 8. The other two ladies working talked to there customers. They didn’t huff and puff. I’m going on vacation. So I tried this place. I have used Kelly in another Lansdale location before. But she was booked. I’m not getting a tire fixed. I do not need you. Worst haircut ever. And this miserable lady should be fired. Thank you Irene for your 5 min haircut until I said it wasn’t right then 3 min more. Been going to hair cuttery for over 15 years! Stopped going cause they have increased their prices so many times. Started at $15 then $18 then $20 then $22 and now $24! Absolutely ridiculous! It’s not like u get anything extra to warrant the price increases. So I found Great Clips 5min away from me. Did a great job better than hair cuttery and it was only $17! Honestly all the chain hair places are pretty much the same!
