So unhappy!! I came in with my daughter to have a simple highlight to the front of her face. She was SOOO excited. The hairdresser took her back, washed and clarified her hair and mixed the bleach. She Was ready to put the color on and the assistant manager said no…..she said the woman who agreed to do it over books (though she was ONLY caring for my daughter) She proceeds to over share how they are understaffed, she has issues with this hair dresser who offered to do my daughters hair and they may say walk ins are available…but they really don’t have time to do people like us that just walk in. So the assistant manager had the hair dresser stop what she was doing…even though she was at the stage of putting the foils in…and for us to leave!!!!!! My 9 year old daughter left crying and we wasted all this time that it could have been done. The hair dresser was apologetic but the assistant manager was nasty. I’ve been bringing my kids there for years and NEVER again. You don’t make my child cry and continue to get my business.

Had a scheduled appointment at 12. Sat there and the hairdresser decides to come out the back at 12:20. Not with another client sitting in the bavk. How unprofessional! What’s the point of making an appointment if you aren’t going to be seen at that time.

I know this is probably a busy weekend, but not to be able (at all) to be able to call this business after two tries and sitting on hold means they don’t want even my future business. Tried to book online. Options are none and have to wait for a response. Frankly, I think we need a competitor to come in so people have the ability to speak with someone and make an appointment. Very disappointed with this and will never return to this business.

Last time coming here for back to school cuts, I think that’s their goal though, to be so miserable and complain about how busy they are with hair cuts all day (that’s literally your job) that you feel guilty you came. Complaining you don’t have time to finish a cut? The back to back personal phone calls probably didn’t help the timing. Bigger lady, didn’t introduce herself so I don’t know her name.
