Mackenzie cut my hair today and not only was she phenomenal but she was sweet as can be! I don’t really add a lot of product to my hair or dye/highlight it and she went on and on about how beautiful my hair is. She also said she enjoyed cutting it because of how wonderful it felt. It was truly an amazing, delightful experience. She truly was a sweetie.

i went in to get a trim and blow out. i asked for the bare minimum to be cut off my hair, and she showed me a length and it was fine. she ended up cutting way more than that and i’ve been crying since i left the salon. i normally don’t write reviews, but i had told her that i hadn’t had my hair cut in a about a year because last time i went the lady cut too much off. she cut so much off i hate my hair now and can’t stop crying. giving two stars because she was very nice, i’m just so disappointed on how much was cut off my hair despite me telling her i did not want that much off.

They cut my hair not straight at all two times already, they DO NOT KNOW what they doing. In front my face they messed up some guy hair ( literally not a joke), my front hair line not straight, the back neck of my hair is not straight and left side less hair than right side, dont go over here. Look like they took guys from a street and they charge the same money then other hair cuttery. I litery look bow like a klown.

I went to this Hair Cuttery with my mom and we will not be going back. We got our hair cut with the assistant manager. I have quite curly hair and asking for my layers to be adjusted here was the wrong move. My mom also asked for a short bob with her hair angled down towards the front. She did not get that what-so-ever. Her hair was cut so much shorter than what she wanted and it was not angled down. It was also not fully even all the way around. I told my stylist that I part my hair on the side, she then started cutting with my part in the middle saying she would cut it to be styled that way at the end which never ended up happening I guess. My layers are worse than they were when I first arrived, they are choppy and uneven and in some areas it looks like there are layers that are far too short leaving chunks of empty space. They don’t have a diffuser attachment for their hairdryers here which was my first red flag for curly hair. When it was styled she styled it straight which I was okay with and the layers looked okay and felt better, but I love my curls and will not be straightening my hair everyday do this cut will need to be fixed somewhere else. Overall, besides the not so great haircuts we had a good time, our stylist was super nice just not great with curly hair (or bobs) is all!
