Critical: ProfessionalismI had Carly do my hair before they moved and she did a great job. I went to the new place and she was complaining about her roomate and boyfriend. Thats fine but when it starts to affect how you do your job thats not ok. My hair looked horrible. I haf to go back and get it fixed and I still wasnt happy.This place was very clean and the workers and very professional. I dont know what happend. I had Carly do my hair before they moved and she did a great job. I went to the new place and she was complaining about her roomate and boyfriend. Thats fine but when it starts to affect how you do your job thats not ok. My hair looked horrible. I haf to go back and get it fixed and I still wasnt happy.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueOne of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while. My hair is hard to cut because some days it’s wavy, some days it’s puffy, some days it curly.. it was cut great by someone named Jess, I just did a walk in. I don’t even style my hair with much effort, I just comb it, add some essential oils and water. This is how you know it was a good cut. One of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while. My hair is hard to cut because some days it’s wavy, some days it’s puffy, some days it curly.. it was cut great by someone named Jess, I just did a walk in. I don’t even style my hair with much effort, I just comb it, add some essential oils and water. This is how you know it was a good cut. Wish I could include a picture.. don’t see the option.

Critical: QualityFirst off, professionalism isnt a factor. The person I got my hair done by on many occasions was super professional overall. In the last year I’ve gotten my haircut here often on and off when able, and I’ve recieved my 3rd and final super bad haircut. The last straw was not having my hair blended properly or cut at the correct length (notably box looking on one side and flat on another, the person missed 4 big patches (not single hairs, patches) on the back side of my head and side, one sideburn was done and the other was not even touched and area taken care of with hairs all along my ears, and some other small things I’ve noticed. It’s so bad that friends have pointed it out to me from afar, and it’s making me cringe knowing even if it grows in some its gonna look just as bad if not worse. First off, professionalism isnt a factor. The person I got my hair done by on many occasions was super professional overall. In the last year I’ve gotten my haircut here often on and off when able, and I’ve recieved my 3rd and final super bad haircut.
