I always seem to go to Hair Cuttery . I have long blonde thick hair. The parking lot is large and clean. Wheelchair accessible as is the door way. When I went it was empty and they were getting ready to close. There were only two ladies working in the store. So I was taken right away. The prices were a bit high. The cut was $25. The blow-dry was …. way too much . The shampoo and conditioner that they used were fantastic . It was really great. Masks are needed. I got an appointment for 3 months I’ll. go back right before the holidays and get the same girl. I had brought a picture with me so that always helps. When she was done she swept up and let me wait , inside for my ride , even though she was really closed for the day. They were very nice at that location.

We’ve been coming her for about a year. It’s easy to make an appointment online. Hardly any wait when my daughter and I arrived. Both stylists, Tricia for me and Natalia for my 7 year old were great and we’re both very happy with our cuts. Price is comparable to other chains but much less than a salon!

Walk in to a virtually empty salon. The kiosk says “wait time: 1 minute.” I’m met at the computer by a “stylist” who told me – at 7:19PM – that, because I don’t have an appointment, my two KIDS CUTS would have to wait until 8:00PM. Mind you, one of these cuts is an all-over buzz-cut, which would take about 6 minutes total. To say they are not hustlers at this Hair Cuttery location is a gross understatement. I honestly don’t know how they make any money at all. Having been a long-term former Hair Cuttery employee myself, I can’t believe I was just THAT mom, who was turned away because no one wanted to cut a kid’s hair before close.

When we arrived were told because we were 15 mins late for 2 appts that the 1 employee that was apparently going to cut both heads of hair would have time. 5 mins before she called me and I told her on our way. She didn’t mention not helping us then. She absolutely did nothing to help the situation. We went to our car and booked appointments at the Hair Cuttery in Home Depot plaza and had and amazing experience.
