I always get a great haircut with this location. On my last visit, I needed a root touch up and a cut, so I treated myself to the Root Touch Up with Gloss package. My color turned out so good….except that the professional stylist got the dye all around the crown of the hairline & along the side of my forehead. Not just a little but I looked like one of the aliens from “Alien Nation”. I also overheard her talking to another stylist about what I was asking for and how she didn’t think it was a good idea. If you want to talk about your customer, fine but try not to talk loudly. Now, I understand that they were short staffed and I offered to re-schedule the dye job for another day. I just really needed the cut, but they insisted it would be ok to do the dye job too. It felt rushed. I actually hate complaining & I feel bad but I did spend my hard-earned money on my hair, which I never do and expected better. I did tip the stylist more than 20% because the color looks lush & exactly what I hoped & she was nice to my face. However, if I go back to this location, I‘ll just stick with the haircut.
