Please don’t go there and get a blow out. It was the worst experience from the rudeness to how badly they did my hair. It’s not worth it and you really don’t save much if you just go to a more reputable salon. My hair was pulled, my head was poked, the hair spray amount and product put in my hair left it limp and greasy. I also had hair spray all over my chest. Lastly, I was told several times by the hair dresser that my hair which is long and thick – she lost money because she could have worked on several clients versus just mine. On top of that…I had to go home and redo my entire blow out. What a waste of time and $48! Consider this a very stern and honest review/warning – DON’T GO HERE!

The worst experience I’ve had. First she started criticizing me with what kind of shampoo I wash my hair with, how my hair is messy, a very rude approach. When she started cutting my hair again she was criticizing me how I use cheap shampoo and she kept scraping my hair and showing me how much wax I have in my hair because I use cheap shampoo. And not to mention how she didn’t listen to how to cut my hair. Very, very rude and I will never go there again.

I’ve seen the same stylist, Carolyn, at the Ardmore location. She’s fantastic and always does an excellent job. Megan is a great receptionist; the others who sometimes answer the phone are not that efficient re: scheduling an appointment.

I told them to highlight light my hair dark blond but after it was done my hair still looked black. They don’t highlight good and It sad so expensive. I am so disappointed looking at my hair I wish I never went there to highlight.

I guess you get what you pay for? Went in for a trim and wanted to treat myself bc I wanted to feel good after a break up. Shampooing is supposed to be relaxing and it felt like the guy was very rough with me. Haircut felt rushed and didn’t end up looking like the examples I showed him or a simple trim of what I already had. The energy of the whole experience was not great. Very sad :/ now I feel like I have to grow it out or get it fixed somewhere else
