I have never posted anything ever but the experience I had at hair cuttery Warrington made me do that. If I had experienced this once, I would have just ignored it but it has happened a few times now. My first experience was with my dad’s hair cut. In December, I had set up appointment for my dad’s hair cut and when I took him to the appointment, I was told that they had to cancel it. They said that they called me and left voice message but I didn’t get any voice message. My dad is elderly and it’s difficult for him to come out of the house but I had to take him back home and took him to another branch for hair cut the next day. This is not fair with the clients to have to face this for no reason.

I went to this location yesterday because my hair was in desperate need of some TLC. Going in, I was kind of nervous because I destroyed my hair with lightener. Being a former hairstylist, I was quite ashamed of the condition of my hair. My wait time was about 10 minutes which was awesome considering I was a walk in. The Stylist I had was Stephanie. And all I have to say about Stephanie is wow! She made me feel very comfortable and gave me a very honest opinion about what I should do with my hair. She took her time and was very gentle about washing, brushing and styling my hair to prevent further damage. After it was all said and done, I could not be happier with how my hair looks and feels. Stephanie did an awesome job with taking off the perfect amount of hair and wonderful layers. My hair feels stronger and soft. She recommended a product to me which I gladly purchase to help strengthen my hair. She also help me come up with a game plan so I can color my hair again and get lighter without damaging my hair. So if you are in need of a great haircut with a great stylist go to the Hair Cuttery in Warrington and see Stephanie!

I went in there to make an appointment but the woman there would barely talk to me and when she did was incredibly rude. Offered no help when I was asking questions about a possible color change and just demanded that I tell her exactly what I wanted right away. I was so shocked that I just left. Critical: QualityI had an appointment today with Ariel to get a haircut done and while I was there I asked to get an undercut done. From the picture I showed her, it was a small faded triangle right by the nape of my neck. When it was done, from the angle she showed me it looked good and I was content with it. But when I got home and my family saw, they took a picture and showed me, and I felt really upset with what I saw. There’s currently a huge, uneven triangle with no texture or anything covering the entire backside of my head.
