I only have one star because that’s all it allowed. I went in to get my son’s hair cut, (he’s 1) we were finally seated and I told him I rather hold him so I can hold his head, great no issues. My husband told him how we usually get his hair cut and Russel responded “I can’t do that” fine, so the lady behind him says “just go for it” as he did he had no idea what he was doing he left my son completely patchy, no clean up he had hair in his eyes and ears completely!! I had to come home and fix it myself! Completely a waste of $20! Well never return to this hair Cuttery

I have had the usual experience here. The turn over rate makes it so sometimes there is a very good experience and sometimes questionable. Today was the worst. The person that cut my hair didn’t know what they were doing. A second person had to come over and explain a few points with them. She asked me twice about the length on the sides and I told her the middle of the ear twice while I used my finger to show her. She then snipped it to above my ear. I couldn’t believe it. I had also explained how I wear the top. She then decided that I must part my hair in the middle, but comb it straight back. I think that style went out of fashion in the 1920’s. There was 2 places were there are cut about 1/4 inch shorter in small sections. It is very noticable. Today was the first time I did not tip my stylist. I will never be back.

I don’t get anything special done (usually come in for just a trim or a blowout on a special occasion), but the staff has always done a nice job, worked quickly, and been very polite. The last two times, Alexis did my hair and I was especially impressed with the blowout (she used a round brush to achieve the wavy/voluminous look that I had asked for). You can’t beat the prices and convenience and I will definitely continue to come here!

I took my son for a simple cut and it’s completely uneven. The stylist, while extremely nice, hurt him with the clippers and took off one sideburn completely. My son is 4 and moves around a bit, but for the most part, is still and listens. I get that it’s difficult to cut a child’s hair, but he’s had cuts previous to this and never this poorly. Now I’ll have to take him elsewhere to fix this.
