Diamond was professional and knowledgeable when she colored and curled my hair. Would 10/10 come here again. I had my hair cut yesterday here as well, and the other stylist was wonderful also (I think his name started with H?) He did a donation cut for me, so my hair went from halfway down my back to (now) less than shoulder length bob cut that angled towards my face. I love it! Both were last minute (appointments made day before or day of). I had two appointments because I scheduled the first one incorrectly, which meant I had only enough time for the haircut (oops, my bad) but that was okay bc after discussing with him what I wanted, he helped me book a follow up appointment for my hair color for the following day (today).

I was told I would be charged $77 – left with the worst balayage and tiger stripes on my scalp and they charged me $177 without telling me they were up-charging me. (I did not receive any additional services so not sure what the additional charges were for).

If I could give this place zero Stars I would I had the most horrible experience my bill came out to $175. I got a basic perm package when I got home my hair was falling out my perm didn’t take… I called to complain and let them know about the experience I had … they did not try to accommodate me in any way or did they try to reimburse me… They actually told me to come in for another service and had the audacity to ask me to pay for it worst customer service ever!

Heather is the best! 5 stars for her, but the salon smelled like perm and I felt nauseous, so 4.5 . I don’t know if there is anything they can do about that so I feel bad saying it because all the stylists were so nice and talented. Another lady said she goes all the time and it’s great every time (her hair looked great too) I will be back! ♀️

Ladina is phenomenal!! She listened to my request and talked me through what her professional suggestion would be based on my requests and what I really had in mind so the final hair cut fit what I wanted. She helped guide me using her knowledge and expertise instead of just giving what I asked for and thank god she did! I will absolutely be booking with her again! She was easy to talk to and made the whole experience feel comfortable. I would recommend her and the shop to anyone looking for a hair stylist.

I got a much needed trim for my pixie haircut at the Lititz Pike location. I’m a toddler mom and it can be so hard to keep up with coming every 4-6 weeks. My stylist moved away so I’ve been bouncing around. I scheduled here because it was close to a training and I could fit it in. They ended up taking me much earlier than my original appointment because I was able to get there earlier. McKena did my cut and she did a great job. I’m not one who likes to chat much in the chair, social anxiety. But McKena was very friendly and easy going to chat with. I didn’t feel uncomfortable when there were pauses or moments of silence. She did everything I described and I really love my cut. I’ll be coming back to see her soon!

I have gone to several different hair salons and have told the stylus exactly the cut I want some of them I showed a picture to never come out with what I want go home and have to cut my hair myself. Kaliana was awesome she listened to exactly what I wanted talk to me while she was cutting to make sure everything was going as I liked and my haircut is the best I’ve had in years I will definitely be going back to her All of my co-workers family and friends have all commented how great my hair is she is definitely a superstar in my eyes!
