Leah is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, easy to talk to because she makes you feel like you have known each other for years. Leah is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I always ask her what she thinks and if it would look good or if I needed it done. Most would tell you what they think you want to hear or whatever is more expensive and whatever would make her more money. Not Leah. She is honest and always tells you the truth. The way she looks at it, by being honest, you will be a client for life. I always walk out feeling so much better than when I walked into the Hair Cuttery. I highly recommend scheduling with Leah, you will not be disappointed.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER!!! I was charged ((($250)))for this NONSENSE (see photos) (god only knows what all I was charged for??) CONTACTING CORPORATE (when I can locate their info.) BECAUSE NOBODY WILL CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS EXPERIENCE,from the store! IVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! THE STYLIST SENT ME OUT THE DOOR WITH MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF HAIR DYE ON MY SKIN (see photos for just a peek behind my one ear) LARGE AMOUNTS OF LONG HAIR ON MY CLOTHES (see photos) HAIR VERY UNEVEN (see just one spot of many in photos) I WAS CHARGED FOR THE HIGHEST LEVEL STYLIST or at least i think so (She was a Sr. Level II according to the text appointment link ) ?? I DID NOT REQUEST her, she was ONLY stylist there! DO NOT BOOK WITH AMY! The haircut I requested/she was CERTAIN she could do,LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ,she kept looking at as she cut my hair?!?

colored 1st to cover the grey then highlights …Made own color special for 1st & potential to hold better..then as we talked & rinsed my hair …saw sign (perfect spot for it) they provide waxing !So got my eye brows done ,my lip & she plucked 1 complimentary hair out of my chin ! lol Also purchased shampoo ,conditioner especially for the color ,highlights to be proctected longer from the sun & chlorine (aspects of summer) …cut ..blow dry & curl …Cost an arm & a leg & maybe an ear or a few other parts lol but Well worth IT for ME ! I never go all out on myself as far as beauty things or just simply treating myself! So THANK YOU ..AMY
