Usually I love hair cuttery, but I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 and Irma called me at 10am and asked if I could move my appointment to 2:15 because she had another service that would take longer. She did not offer any other stylist options or anything, just a reschedule to a later time. Very disappointed.

I walked in and got an appointment within 30 minutes, even thought they were pretty booked. The buzz cut was well done and she offered me a shampoo after even though I didn’t need one. Very friendly place.
