My daughter wasn’t fully satisfied with results of haircut after her hair had air dried. (We did not pay for a blow dry) Went back in the next morning and they took care of my daughter right away. Was in town for a trip. I’ve never in my entire life seen a place that doesn’t allow hair dressers take a quick men’s cuts in between appoints or while waiting for a females hair to do the foil thing Yes I sat there and watched 3 separate hair dressers just sit in chairs waiting instead of taking a quick cut. But to my surprise my normal haircut take 10-15 mins and I was sitting on the chair for over an hour. So I guess I understand. Not trying to bash you guys because you were all super friendly and sweet! And maybe some fading lessons.
