Went there for highlighting and hair cut. Booked appointment on the phone as online appointment don’t go through so I was advised to make appointment on the phone. Selected a hair stylist. On arriving there the lady( hair stylist) just refused to take me saying it would take very long for the highlighting and hair cut thereafter and she was not informed about the appointment. Thankfully another hair stylist agreed. Nobody had the courtesy to even apologize. Looks like they just want to do quick fix things. Just unprofessional environment.
