The ladies here are heaven sent, especially Heather. My little girl had a big patch of hair that had become very matted. Unable to get it out myself, I brought her into this location without an appointment, looking for assistance in getting it out and/or cutting it out. Heather worked tirelessly for hours on getting the knot out between her appointments. At all times, she was patient, kind and understanding. In the end, she was able to save as much of my little girl’s hair as possible. Bottom line, Heather is a saint and we are grateful we happened on her that day.

if i could give it a 0 i would. i went in asking for many LAYERS and curtain bangs.. their stylist cut my hair TOO short and messed up my long healthy hair and had to literally call in the assistant manager. she tried reassuring us nothing was bad until we noticed how the back of my hair wasn’t even and wasn’t even properly layered… and now she gave 2 free appointments in SIX WEEKS to “fix it” hire better stylist or learn what you’re doing. i showed reference photos and asked for their recommendations as well but messed it up big time.

I came to this location last week and got a haircut by someone no longer there. It was 100% not what I wanted so the store contacted me to resolve my unsatisfied hair. The manager Kim was amazing. She was able to fix all the issues and was very pleasant to talk too. She issued a refund for my time. I would highly recommend going to Kim. I will be back. So I am changing my star rating to 5 stars.
