Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came today after making an appointment but I told the greeter at desk my stylist name and phone number and was told they had no record of my appointment as I had given person the wrong stylist’s name and my old phone number . The greeter, Alicia, then discovered my name on past visit and told me my correct stylist and changed record to new phone number. Alicia was pleasant at all times and ended my frustration.I was then greeted by Victoria, the hair designer, and had my hair washed and styled. She was patient with my directions on what I wanted and the finished look was better than I had asked. I loved the cut and style so much. I will be back for her again. I came today after making an appointment but I told the greeter at desk my stylist name and phone number and was told they had no record of my appointment as I had given person the wrong stylist’s name and my old phone number . The greeter, Alicia, then discovered my name on past visit and told me my correct stylist and changed record to new phone number. Alicia was pleasant at all times and ended my frustration.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueMy first time at this Hair Cuttery, although I’ve been a regular at a different location before.I had made an online appointment for this location. The stylist Alicia, I believe is new, but she was very good. Patient and listened to what I wanted. And she did a pretty skillful job with my layers and feather cut. My first time at this Hair Cuttery, although I’ve been a regular at a different location before.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have used Hair Cuttery before and loved it but not this location. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, no big deal if they were all busy but one stylist was stalling and ignoring me in the waiting area. She then took me to cut my hair, shampoo was fine, but when I told her before she cut my hair that it wasn’t parted correctly she told me “I’ll cut it this way and then you can style it differently.” Before I could respond she cut my hair. Now I am stuck with a section in the front of my hair that is two inches shorter then the rest because she did not properly part my hair and framed my face incorrectly. I have called the salon to address this and no one has answered the phone. Now I have to pay someone else to try and correct this without cutting my hair even shorter then it was already cut. I have used Hair Cuttery before and loved it but not this location. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, no big deal if they were all busy but one stylist was stalling and ignoring me in the waiting area. Showed up on time for an appointment then waiting almost 20 minutes for anyone to check me in only to find out they canceled my appointmt because this lady said she called out my name but no one responded. There were only two people in waiting and I was the only male so this was clearly a lie.
