I don’t recommend anyone to cut their hair with Nicole. I went there to get a few highlights, to add to the ones that I already had. I showed her the exact color that I wanted, and she guaranteed that it was going to come out that color, and not to worry about anything, that she was a perfectionist. After she did the hair treatment, the color was completely different. The highlights she did were way darker, and the tone ended up darkening the highlights that I already had. She over processed my hair, and she dyed it twice, trying to reach the color that I wanted. Nicole also charged me 2 times, and processed it 2 times, claiming that the 2nd time it would definitely come out the color that I wanted. Not only, it didn’t come out the color I wanted, but it also burnt and broke my hair.

I got a haircut and conditioning which i left unhappy with how my hair looked and got ripped off with prices and the stylist took money from me and my boyfriend that she was not supposed to get. With the haircut she didnt seperate and clip it up the way you are supposed to for a haircutmy hair to cut it she parted my hair horribly i feelthey expect you to be the professional otherwise they have no idea. I told the stylist i did not like my hair and she just kept giving me excuses and didnt fix anything and gave me such an attitude. She also over charged me to do a terrible job. Also i still tipped her i dont know why im so nice but i tipped her and i didnt know this till me and my boyfriend got home but he also tipped her on the card and i tipped her in cash and told her that i left the tip on her table she obviously took advantage of us and did a horrible job. Im so depressed and angry im going to try and get the tip money that was not supposed to be given to her but its probably not going to happen but i have to try cause that money was not supposed to be given to her and she knows it. There is nothing good about this hair salon i am going somewhere that will do

I like going here. My 2 kids and myself get out hair cut here. I’m just wouldn’t recommend trying to book online. It’s not user friendly. I tried to make an appointment for both kids only this last visit. I puty son’s info in and then put my daughter’s info in, when I had to confirm it, it had changed my son’s info to my info. Then picking out what you want is way more complicated than it should be. I just want a simple trim or haircut but those aren’t options. So I have to pick something & tell them the correct reason I’m there when it’s our turn. Shouldn’t be as complicated as it is, it’s a hair salon for crying out loud.
