Worst haircut ever. I was a little hesitant after finding out the stylist was 3 months out of school, but I like to give everyone a chance. I don’t blame the stylist, I thought she should have had more direction from the other associates. They did refund the cost of the haircut and offered me my next haircut free. Not sure I’ll be going back after it took almost a month to refund my money.

I walked in today in need of a haircut. Moja patiently listened to me as I explained what i did and didn’t want. I desperately needed some reshaping of an existing style. She genuinely took her time listening. I love my cut!!!! I did not have time to stay for a blow-dry. I blow dried when I got home. My hair looks exactly how I visioned. Called for a haircut. Was told I would be scheduled for an appointment at 6 pm. I arrived and was told someone would be with me in 1 minute. I seat myself. 20 minutes later I’m told “before you wait here all night I just wanted to let you know it would be about 45 MORE minutes” even though I had an appointment at 6? So instead of informing me of the lengthy wait which would have made me indicate that I had an appointment and not waste my time…Well turns out they forgot to write me down in their scheduling book. Despite the fact my appointment was clearly noted in the computer. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of ones time. How does one manage to have a scheduling database in the computer but you chalk it up to being forgotten. Poor excuse and won’t be back.
