Don’t even waste your time. I drove 35 minutes for nothing. I was maybe 3 minutes late (because the traffic on this street is ridiculous) and they made me reschedule. My son just needed a trim.. I went elsewhere. They cut his hair in 10 minutes. I get I was late, and that’s totally my fault, but.. it was a few minutes.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday, for today. So by the time I got to the appointment they told me my appointment was scheduled for 1/1/2022 and that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. They said I could come back tomorrow. And miss another day of work to get my hair done. NOPE I found another place to do my hair and they missed out on $200 just for messing up my appointment. I will definately be going back to the other place since they actually know how to schedule appointments.
