I love Kendell, she does a great job on my hair and always listens to what I would like. why doesn’t the salon have #32 hair spray yet, its been many months they do not still have it in. I keep asking for it and the salon still doesn’t have it. Today they didn’t even have # 23…… why aren’t the supplies there???? The girls that work there are all so great and they shouldn’t have to buy all their supplies, they’re very expensive.

I had an appointment to get my hair cut. I walked in, Kerry cut my hair. She did a good job. This one star is not for her, but the experience when I walked in wasn’t customer friendly. I overheard an employee discussing to her client when she was coloring their hair that morning about a tip she had received from another client. Your employee said she had received a 2.00 tip from her client and that she was disappointed because that was all she got. She was complaining about the 2.00 tip. As a manager of a company that is unacceptable. You don’t talk to other clients about your tips. Things are expensive, your employee doesn’t know what’s going on in someone’s life, maybe that person was only able to give her a 2.00 tip, cause that is problay all she could afford at that time. Unacceptable behavior and unprofessional. That’s why it’s a 1 star rating

Went on the 23rd and had my haircut with Lisa Marie. She is a very sweet hairstylist and kept me entertained while I was getting my hair cut. Having fine curly hair which recently got damaged due styling my hair straight, I was worried about the outcome since previous hair stylists would make my hair look choppy or flat. Didn’t matter if it was layered or cut even. But Lisa Marie brought my hair back to life, trimming off any dead ends and adding layers to my hair. My curls look beautiful and my hair looks poofy and gorgeous, family and friends won’t stop complimenting my hair. Will be coming back again regularly. Highly recommend her.
