I booked a last minute appointment here for my wedding day since my original salon had to cancel the day of. As soon as I called in, they were able to see me that morning. Yaiza was my stylist and she did a gorgeous half up half down with curls for me. I have to applaud her and the staff for taking such good care of me with barely any notice! My hair turned out beautiful and the curls held all day. Awesome service!!

I came here today for a kids cut/trim and blow dry. Prices say one thing online for the service I selected for my child. Once the service was done I was charged $116 dollars. I called up and asked why- I was told because my daughter has ethnic hair. That my friends is called hair discrimination. I spoke with the manager and she said I was charged correctly. So I called two other locations- they said I was charged incorrectly and should have only been charged at tops $50 regardless of my 7 year olds hair texture. She doesn’t even have a lot of hair. I am very disappointed because I had hoped to go back but now I won’t be and I will be calling corporate tomorrow. The manager knew I was charged wrong and instead of rectifying it she went along with it. Like I said I called two other Hair Cutterys and they were appalled. So corporate will be called, this is hair discrimination!

Today my wife went for a hair dye and they made a mess and still tried to charge for a bad job, Yaiza treated my wife very badly saying that if she wanted me to fix it she had to pay double and finally told us that we We left, which was very disrespectful to regulars. The second I called for an appointment to walking in the door I knew that my hair needs were going to be fulfilled! Unlike other places I was calling the nice women on the phone assured me that my hair stylist was an expert in balayage and she’d be able to achieve the color I was looking for. Megan was my stylist and she did AMAZING! I was told by another Hair Cuttery that the color I wanted wouldn’t be achievable the day before I called this location and I can’t wait to show them my hair! (: Very knowledge and amazing social and sales skills! She made me feel confident about my hair and want to take part in my journey with my new hair routine that she planned out for me!
