First time ever in my life a had to storm off in the middle of the haircut cause it was absolutely vandalizing! I am such a patient person but this was so unprofessional. I have a bob cut that just needed to get shorter, following the shape of the previous cut. She cut all my hair in one layer, right side was much shorter than left side. My front used to be longer than the back, now it’s the opposite! I’ve had bad haircuts but never seen anything like it! This woman obviously had no professional training. Thanks to the lady in Haircut One Hundred, my hair looks decent, but the shape was unrecoverable.

I’ve had 4 stylists over the last couple years and they were all nice, attentive, and gave a good cut. However my favorite is Maureen and I highly recommend you request her. She’s a master stylist, so the service costs a little more, but she’s more than worth it. You can tell she loves what she does. In addition to having great ideas for your hair, she’s nice, positive, and is just one of those people you like to be around.

The hair salon was dirty; It should’ve been at least clean up a little especially at a time like this where places should be clean. I got my haircut and for ONE haircut they overcharged me $70. It was my first time at this place and it was the worst experience of my life. I will never be going back and will be finding a new place to go. Even after overcharging me, you’d think they would do a decent job at cutting my hair. They did a horrible job and messed up my curtain bangs.If I could, I would give this hair salon 0 stars. I was treated well by those working at they front desk, but received a rude welcome from my stylist, Michelle. She was not patient, instantly abrasive, argumentative, and didn’t make an effort to make me feel comfortable.
