Amy always does a great job cutting my hair and I enjoy talking to her whenever I stop in. I’ve been going to the Burlington Location for quite a while and I can say ever since Amy started managing the store there has been a noticeable difference in the place. It seems her and the staff do whatever they can to get the job done for the customers which is a welcome change from previous management. Gone are the days of no one answering the phone, mixing up appointments, double booking and sometimes just sheer confusion of the past. I’m sure some of that still happens but this staff does their best to shield the customer from the drama and address the issues internally. The environment is much more professional and focused on the customer as opposed to the gossip and arguing I used to hear previously as a customer. Best, Alex C.
