Honestly I have been a few times and almost always scheduled an appointment with no issues even if they were running a few behind. However today my appointment was for 2, and by 230 I decided I couldn’t wait any longer as the person I was scheduled with was still with a client. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a little, but it wasn’t explained that who I was booked with was still with a client and that it was going to run so far over.
