Tried to get a hair cut with an appointment, they said appointment was at 6 when it reality it was actually at 615. When I went in they said they couldn’t cut my hair because I was late and considered a no show. When in reality I shower up on my actual appointment time. Also the worker didn’t get her name, was completely disrespectful and rude and didn’t even try to help just gave attitude and said she didn’t care if she lost a customer. Also online the hours say they are open until 9pm, but the lady was closing at 615pm. Awful experience will never go back, don’t understand how that lady even works there with poor manners and lazy customer service skills. Would give 0 stars if possible. Will not recommend!

Critical: QualityI asked for Balayage, with two front money pieces. What I received was far from it. When I left the salon, I looked at my hair in the sunlight and it was incredibly splotchy. When I went back in, they were able to correct some of the splotches however, the end result is still not what I asked for. Critical: ProfessionalismI have tried to take my daughter in twice for a walk in, she has a very curly- ethnic Afro hair and each time they see her hair when we walk in they say that they are all booked up or busy. Last time they had one person and this time they had 2 hair stylists and one child in a chair that was finishing up. They are far from busy, I went next door to Ross for 30 minutes and walked by going to my car and they had nobody inside the fact is is that they are not non white friendly. Businesses and social environments that provide services based on race / ethnicity should not be allowed to operate in 2021. Last minute appointment. No problem. Not to many in Salon. Very safe. All employees had mask on. Felt comfortable while there. Oh yeah they did a great job on haircut also.
