I took my 6 year old daughter to get her hair cut, and it’s the worst hair cut ever! All I wanted was a straight cut, very simple, but instead it was very choppy! She clearly doesn’t know how to cut hair at all! She said my daughter moved her head too much, so she asked me to hold her head so she can fix it. So, I held her head to make sure her head it’s straight, the cut was worst than the first time! Horrible place! I believe her name was Desirae. I still payed and tipped her more than 20% but I will never go back!

It was my second time coming to Hair Cuttery with Juliana as my stylist. She did an amazing job with my color and highlights! My hair looks and feels amazing. Juliana listens and seems to know exactly what I’m looking for even when I don’t explain it very well. She really takes the time to make sure that the cut, the color and highlights are exactly what I wanted.

I originally booked for different stylist that had done my hair before but unfortunately no longer works for haircuttery. I was not informed of this until checkin. Prices are fairly different from a regular stylist to a master designer. Had to wait over an hour before even sitting in a chair ( I was okay with this because I understand that things happen and people call out etc) my appointment was split up between myself and another client. I had the 10 minute color service done but because of the stylist’s time being split up, the color was left in my hair for over 25 mins followed by a treatment and finally the hair cut and blow dry. Felt as though stylist was rushing back and forth between the 2 of us. By the time I got out of the salon into my car it was 3:45, my hair was blow dried but was extremely frizzy to point that I had to re-blowdry my hair and straighten it when I got home less than 30 mins later. When I did this I noticed my cut is shorter than we talked about and is not even in the front. I understand being busy. I understand being understaffed but if I am already paying more than I was originally expecting to pay because I needed my hair cut and dyed a week before my wedding, at least make sure it’s correctly blowdried.

I went to this place for a hair blowout and I feel the lady discriminated towards me she was not kind she pulled my hair while blowing out my hair and didn’t care. I was hurting, I couldn’t let her finish my hair up . I just paid and leave . I will never ever go to this salon or recommend anyone here. btw she just loss 100 in tips from me ..I am a big tipper and with her nasty attitude I didn’t give her a dime except paid her for the blowout she know who she is. I pray for her because that was the right thing to do.
