My daughter’s appointment was at 10. We waited a half an hour before they were ready for her. I had not chosen a specific stylist so I’m unsure why the one stylist who was in the back the entire time couldn’t do it. Then I watched as they made my 10 yr old daughter stand up for the hair cut. I’ve never seen that before in my life. What a joke. Obviously, we won’t be back.

Place is a business of pure convenience apparently and are open whenever they feel like it. I went all the way out there because appointments are so hard to get anywhere after 6, after they “claim” to be open until 9. Even says right on the door: M-F until 9. But apparently being open after 7:30 made them sad so they went home. No respect for customers. Won’t be back.
