I love this place! I’ve never had my hair cut professionally before, and the Hair Crew gave me a wonderful first experience. The person who cut my hair was friendly and helpful. She gave me tips and suggestions for taking care of my hair. There was never any awkward silence, and it made the haircutting process very easy and enjoyable. I tried out a style I’ve never done before, and it honestly looks amazing! My stylist gave me her card and told me to contact her if I didn’t like the look a few days after the haircut. It was a very nice gesture, but I love the new look and didn’t need to call! The prices are really good, too! I highly recommend this place.

I’m giving it one star. Because I called to make an appointment with a stylist. And the guy on the phone sounded like I was annoying him. Just terrible customer service needless to say I did not make the appointment. So in this case if a man answers the phone just hang up call back when a female answers because all the girls that I’ve talked to there I have been there once or twice. And I enjoyed getting a haircut from one of the stylists. But I just couldn’t see myself visiting this place after this guy gave me the cold shoulder on the phone.
