Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time getting highlights, & they really did a good job! My hair is thick, so they had two women working on it which cut down the time of it altogether.. I appreciated that a lot! The one thing I did seem to notice is that I don’t think they quite know curly hair. After the hairdresser washed my hair, she was putting a lot of ingredients in my hair that made it dry. Then instead of putting in some sort of leave-in conditioner & scrunching up my hair with some type of hair oil to bring back the moisture, she dried my hair with hot air instead of cool air. It came out frizzy, although the texture isn’t what I wanted the highlights came out beautiful! I will certainly be going back for retouches! Shout out to one of the staff, Carille, for making me feel comfortable and helped convey what I actually wanted from my cluttered pinterest board. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThank god I don’t go there my friend goes there to color and cut her hair and every single time that she have an appointment they always screw it up. It’s convenient for her so she keeps on going. And the best part is she’s very generous with tips. I wouldn’t leave a tip just saying.
