Critical: Punctuality, QualityVery nice people at the salon and it was clean. My husband and I got our hair cut by Ron. He is a very nice man and quite personable. However, he was 20 minutes late to the appointment. We both showed him photos of what we wanted the cut to look like and discussed it prior to beginning. Neither of our haircuts were what we requested. My husband’s hair was left patchy and uneven, as well as cut way too short. My hair was cut too short, has layers in the front around my face which isn’t what I wanted, and I have a single small patch of stringy bangs where I wanted a curtain style bang. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE THICK OR CURLY HAIR. The staff was ok and nice but as soon as they saw my hair the whole mood changed. I just wanted my hair flat ironed and shampooed. On the phone I was told $35 and I ended up paying $60. They didn’t know anything about thick curly hair. Hairstyling

The absolute best place to get a haircut! I personally have had both Maitraya and Gavin cut my hair and they are both phenomenal. I’m sure everyone is great here though. I’ve never seen a bad haircut leave this place. Great haircuts, great atmosphere, they offer you water or coffee or whatever you want while you get a haircut. I’ve searched for a long time to find a place that can get my hair just right and this is it! I’m always impressed, as are those around me with my haircuts from here!

I normally only get my hair cut once a year. Went in not know what I wanted figured I’d just get it trimmed as usual.. Cynthia was my stylist and had AWESOME ideas. I ended up getting almost 13 inches cut off, to donate, and I absolutely love it. I haven’t had hair above my shoulders in more than 25-30 years. She truly is a great stylist. I will be going back to her on a more regular basis. Thanks for the AWESOME do Cynthia

My husband has been going to Hair Crafters for years for regular hair cuts. Last week, I scheduled a wellness pedicure with Cynthia and she was fabulous. She addressed all my questions, informed me about all of the products she was using, not to mention that she made my feet look and feel so much better. I will definitely be coming back!

I think the salon is exceptionally clean and professional every time I go! My hair dresser has welcomed some of my friends by giving them a free cut and color on them the first time they try it! I am amazed. They also do up-dos, waxing and nails! A great atmosphere and place to go!

I have been going to Hair Crafters for several years and don’t plan to go anywhere else. Their attention to detail and service, from the front desk personnel to the pedicure/manicure staff to the wonderful Cheryl who does my hair, is outstanding. They sincerely care about me. I have totally confidence in Cheryl…she is an excellent communicator and listener and her skills are the best.
