I didn’t get a hair done here so I cannot comment. I gave a five star is because my boyfriend and I are riding bike and suddenly it’s snowing/raining so hard around this area. We cannot ride anymore, so stopped in front of this salon. The staff/owner asked us to come in and offered us free coffee and we stayed until we got dried and warmed up. Even I didn’t have time to get my hair done at the end, I’m sure they are doing a great job! I can see it from all the customers that they had when I was there. ❤️

I absolutely LOVE this place. I wish I lived closer. I have been here several times. My color was spot on. Exactly what I asked for and so was the cut! She does an amazing job. My hair never felt healthier either! She’s is very educated and continues to stay up-to-date on product. She did my hair for a wedding as well and it was perfect. Exactly what I asked for and went even beyond my expectations. I was very clear with my wants and time constraints, which allowed her to do her magic!! THANK YOU MICHELLE. YOU ARE AMAZING!

My daughter scheduled to have her hair curled and make up done for her wedding. She communicated her time frame prior, as did I multiple time during her appointment. Time is an important factor on a wedding day. Guests, minister, and photographer drove around 2.5 hrs to be available for this intimate cabin wedding. Photographer was only available for a three hour slot, due to distance and weather conditions. We finally left the salon after almost 3 hrs. Due to extensive time at salon, my daughter only had 2 hrs left with photographer and 30 minutes to get ready (including pre ceremony bridal photos). My daughter was gracious enough not to speak up. I did not want to upset her on her wedding day, so I remained mostly quiet but repeatedly noted that she was behind.

I went to Hair Connections today for a consultation. Michelle’s friendly and professional demeanour is the best as far as customer service goes. I’ve had such bad experiences over the year’s on the Olympic Peninsula when it comes to haircuts and dyes but today’s experience made up for all those horrible haircuts. I LOVE my haircut! I have never said that. If you are looking for great service and satisfaction I totally recommend Michelle. FyI my hair is super thick and she gave me exactly what i asked for. Very Greatful!
